- A photo ID
- Your dental insurance or Medicare plan card (if you have one)
- A list of medications and supplements you take
- Any recent dental X-rays from another office — or we can request them for you
- If you are in pain, tell us when you book — emergency visits take priority
- Questions or concerns you want to discuss — write them down so nothing gets forgotten

Which insurance do you accept for new patients?
We accept any PPO dental plan and any Medicare dental plan. Bring your card and we handle the rest.
What does the new patient special include?
The $88 new patient special includes a full dental exam, full-mouth X-rays and a regular cleaning. If you have PPO or Medicare dental coverage, your plan may cover these services — we will check before your visit.
What if I need a deep cleaning?
If your gums show signs of periodontal disease, a regular cleaning would not be enough to treat it. We will explain what we found, show you the measurements and quote a deep cleaning before doing anything.
Can I bring my kids to the same appointment?
Yes — just let us know when you call and we will try to book family members back-to-back.
